Are you a safety professional with over 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments? Join our team to contribute to the achievement of the plant’s Critical Business Needs (CBN) while ensuring the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Leadership: Act as a role model for safety, championing a culture of zero Lost Time Accidents (LTA) and Near Misses (NM).
- Goal Communication: Clearly convey the plant’s Safety CBN and objectives to all team members.
- Audits & BOS: Conduct regular safety audits and Behavioral Observation Safety (BOS) checks to ensure compliance and improvement.
- Incident Management: Lead investigations into LTAs and near-miss incidents, ensuring actionable insights and preventive measures.
- Coaching & Training: Provide on-the-job coaching in MSRA, JSA-BOS, and IHBE to strengthen organizational capability.
- System Implementation: Support the implementation of road map enablers and contribute to their development.
- Best Practices: Drive the reapplication of best practices across the plant network, fostering a sustainable and high-performing safety environment.
- Technical Leadership: Lead working sessions on Machine Safety Risk Assessment, Hazardous Energy Isolation, and equipment safety (ladders, steps, stairs).
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize internal and external benchmarks to enhance performance and ensure results are sustained through Health Checks.
